1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FreeImageConvert ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use FreeImageConvert for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

modify or copy the materials
use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on FreeImageConvert
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

FreeImageConvert provides a free online image conversion service that operates entirely within your web browser. All image processing is performed locally on your device, and no images are uploaded to our servers.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on FreeImageConvert are provided on an 'as is' basis. ImageConvertPro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall FreeImageConvert or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use FreeImageConvert, even if ImageConvertPro or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have the right to convert any images you process
Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not uploading malicious files or attempting to compromise the service
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use FreeImageConvert:

For any unlawful purpose
To solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

FreeImageConvert reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
